Experienced Service Advisor

This is an exciting Business Administration and Customer Service based role with first-class training and outstanding long-term career prospects.

Duties will include: Acting as the first point of contact for all customers coming into the dealership and ensuring they receive the best customer service experience, recommending and cross-selling additional products and services, delivering a high level of customer service at all times, regular communication with mechanics, liaising with customers to let them know when parts have arrived and their cars are completed and booking in cars for MOT's and service. 

Excellent communications skills are required, a positive attitude, forward thinking and keen to learn with an interest in development and progression, take pride in appearance, ability to use own initiative and must have a 'can do' attitude!
