Trevor arranged my MOT and service at very short notice and provided exceptional customer service throughout.
I dealt with both Andy and Jason at the Kia garage in West End. Both have great advice, and were extremely personable.
I had been to two other garages that day, which were Vauxhall and Ford and neither compared to the sales experience I received at WEST END GARAGE. This was my first time going with the PCP option and it was explained really well and clearly and I was 100% with my decision when I left the garage.
Would recommend to any friend.

I would like to mention Ben (Service) first of all; when I was booking in my Sportage for an MOT, he asked if I was still enjoying my car. I said that I was but I was looking to get something smaller - that still had a high sitting position. Ben recommended the Venga. Well done Ben - good choice.
Whilst having my MOT carried out, I met with Serge and talked through changing my car. He very efficiently dealt with valuing my existing car and setting out the costs of replacing it with a Venga. I did not need to test drive a Venga as I am familiar with the Kia cars. The deal was done in a very short space of time but I did not feel "rushed" at any time. Well done Serge.
