The vehicle valeting, and hot chocolate while I waited, are excellent PR touches.

I would recommend West End Garage most definitely.
We had been to another Kia branch prior to that & there was no contest - we were going to buy at West End. The other branch seemed disinterested & lacked personality.

My whole experience of this garage, so far, from sales, after-sales and now servicing has been unusually satisfactory compared to Toyota sales & after-sales. The lack of customer care at Toyota (Slifield Green, Guildford) was one of the main reasons I looked around for a different make of vehicle when it came to buying a new car.
I have to say that I was satisfied with the independent garage I used for servicing but was so pleased with the sales & after-sales service at West End that I thought that I would switch that as well.
I have also recommended West End to a friend.
I just hope that this standard is maintained over the coming years and when my wife's car is in need of a change West End Garage Kia will be the first port of call.
I think this was a total team effort that lead to a great experience overall.
Appointments were easy to make, the staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient and listened to a couple of concerns I had. My hire car was ready for me and I received a phone call as soon as my car was ready.
